Low season and opening period (May 06 to Sept 30):
There is no charge for cancellations during low season five (5) days prior to arrival.
Cancellations within three (3) days mean that the first night is chargeable at the contract rate.
High season (Oct 01 to Dec 20 & Jan 06 to May 05):
There is the first night will be charged to cancellations during high season seven (7) days prior to arrival. Cancellations within five (5) days mean that all nights are chargeable as per reservation confirmation as contract rate.
Peak season (Dec 21 to Jan 05):
There is no charge for cancellations during peak season seven (7) days prior to arrival. Cancellations within five (5) days mean that the first night is chargeable at the contract rate.
No show and early check out: Full charge for the entire stay
Extra bed/Children Policy:
Children under 6 who share their parent’s beds, will not be charged.
Children 12 and over, will require an extra bed at the additional 50% cost of the room rate. The extra bed will include breakfast.
Children at the age of 6 and under who share the same room and bed with their parents will enjoy breakfast.
A maximum of one (1) extra bed can be added at 50% cost of the room rate per night including breakfast only. Baby cot is complimentary upon request.
